Went there a long time ago- was horrible then- always thought of trying them again to see if theyRead More changed- after reading this - I see it has not- thanks for saving me the time & $$$... How do they stay in business I wonder?

You don't have to go to Dix Hills to get good food. The Hauppauge Palace Diner on the corner ofRead More Rte111 and 347 has very good food, the service is efficient, and the owners are very nice people. We go there every morning for breakfast and occasionally for dinner.

Yes, you are right. We go to the Hauppauge Diner sometimes on Sunday, after church. We did try theRead More new place in Smithtown for breakfast, the old Luso's. Not too bad. It has always been crowded and they are very nice. I changed an egg sandwich to something I had in New Hope Pa. and they were very happy to do it. A little noisy but they are trying hard.
