For example, IRS Schedule A (charitable giving) data was obtained for those with incomes greater than $50,000/yr. Therefore, those who did not itemize their deductions or do not have an income over $50K are not incl. in the data. Yes, religious giving is included.
I think all these sorts of studies are for entertainment purposes only and get a kick out of them. It's my one low-brow guilty pleasure. lol.
