Patch Question: Communication and the Board of Education

Communication among members of the Board of Education and the ability for people who attend the meetings to hear the information shared has become troublesome for meeting attendees.

Throughout the meetings, shouts of "speak into the microphone" are commonplace, and people have voiced concerns over how the board communicates with one another at the podium.

Does the board get the job done or are the differences between members and meeting communication issues problems that interfere with getting the job done?
