Event Spotlight: Down Syndrome Connection of LI Fundraiser at Napper Tandy's

While locals are helping their neighbors with food, clothing and shelter after Hurricane Sandy wreaked havoc on the Town of Smithtown, other businesses are holding charitable events for non-profit organizations – including the Down Syndrome Connection of Long Island Fundraiser at Napper Tandy's on Friday.

For $40.00 a person you get to enjoy three hours of music from the FiveStone Band, a buffet dinner, beer and other drinks, raffles and more, with the proceeds going to the parent-run, entirely volunteer organization.
