BE SHELLFISH UNDER THE PERGOLA AT H2O

H2O Seafood Grill (www.h2oseafoodgrill.com) presents its annual “Okay to be Shellfish” summer menu specials by Executive Chef Michael Meehan through Labor Day in tandem with seasonal patio dining under the pergola.

Lobster is the star of the special shellfish menu with appetizers including a Crunchy Crustacean Sushi Roll with lobster, shrimp, avocado and lemon sauce ($16); Heirloom Tomato Lobster Salad with miner’s lettuce, soy salt and Green Goddess dressing ($15); and a Lobster Crawfish Cake with corn salad, pickled peppers and a lime sriracha remoulade ($14).

Among the entrees are a Summer Lobster Risotto with asparagus, roast corn and lemon mascarpone ($32); Sautéed Soft Shell Crabs with lobster grits, wilted spinach and heirloom tomatoes ($32); and Lobster Three Ways: grilled twin North Atlantic tails, lobster crawfish cake and lobster mashed potatoes ($42).

Year round, diners may also enjoy the Millennium style 2-lb. lobster pan-seared with “angry” garlic flour, mashed potatoes and lemon basil confit ($49) or cold water lobsters steamed or stuffed in the shell or de-shelled tableside ($24 per pound plus $16 for stuffing).

"Why are Smithtown teachers continuing to pay for school supplies out of their ownRead More pocket?" Since when? Ever see the big list of supplies kids get in their folders at the end of the year for them to bring in next year? I think you're talking about the wrong school district.
