Main Street Psychic Building Up For Sale

A freestanding building on Smithtown's Main Street is up for sale, the home to three upstairs apartments and a Psychic Readings business.
With the property on the market, the future for the psychic business in its current location is uncertain.
"Depends on who buys the building and what they want to do," said realtor for Prudential Douglas Elliman Robert Scarito of if the business will stay or leave its current home.

Scarito, the broker for the building, said it has been on the market for roughly four months. Scarito said offers have been made on the property.
According to MLSLI.com, the asking price for the building is $379,000. The building is for sale, not up for rent. In addition to the storefront the building has three upstairs apartments, including a one-bedroom, a two-bedroom and a studio. The building also has a 1,000 square foot basement.
