Numerous empty boxes that used to be filled by New York Giants championship t-shirts sat on the floor hours after the team took down the New England Patriots in Super Bowl XLVI.
Fans didn't wait until Monday to get their gear as a store manager said moments after the game ended they went through eight boxes that were jam-packed with t-shirts.
To say the fans were delighted to get champioship gear would be an understatement. One family, the Egitto's, left their St. James home immediately following the post game activities and left the store with championship gear and smiles on their faces.
