Sections of Landing Avenue Closed
Area closings are due to flooding; trees down in other areas.
If you're looking to travel along Landing Avenue in Smithtown another route should be selected as sections of the road are closed.
The road is currently closed north of Edgewood Avenue due to flooding conditions. Public Safety officers are blocking the road with their trucks, and traffic is being pushed to along Edgewood Avenue.
South of Edgewood Avenue and north of Main Street a tree is down, blocking one lane of traffic. The tree is down just north of the railroad tracks near the Gold's Gym entrance.
