Hurricane Sandy and the following nor'easter left nearly all of the Town of Smithtown in the dark, but 16 days after the first of two devistating storms there are just 453 homes in the dark.
As of Tuesday afternoon there are a total of 260 outages in Smithtown, St. James, Nesconset, Head of the Harbor, Village of the Branch and Nissequogue.
