VIDEO: Town, Chamber of Commerce Hosts 9/11 Commemorative Service

Superintendent of Highways Glenn Jorgensen, members of the town council, and more were in attendance Friday night.

The Town of Smithtown and Greater Smithtown Chamber of Commerce hosted a 9/11 commerative service Friday night at the 9/11 memorial park on Main Street.

Town Supervisor Patrick Vecchio and chamber President Robert Mirman spoke to the crowd of more than 100, which included Superintendent of Highways Glenn Jorgensen, town councilmen Kevin Molloy and Thomas McCarthy, and more.

Patch cameras were on hand to caapture the speeches, candlelight vigil and more.
