Community Update

The rudest, most obnoxious person I have EVER spoken to (or, actually TRIED to speak to) screamed at me without any reason for it, when I called to ask a question about the defensive driving course I'd recently taken. After he hung up on me, following his raging, I called back to ask him his name. He refused to tell me- for good reason!
Unless he owns the place, he should have been dismissed long ago. I've read no less than 6 reviews that are identical to mine. If he is the OWNER of the Empire Safety Council, he should go out of business if there's a God in heaven.
One day, and maybe soon, someone is going to go to Smithtown and find this awful guy. I'm old, & I live too far away. But PLEASE! Send me the video.
