Why should buyers buy Now, the short story!

It's pretty easy to see both sides of an investment argument. But it's hard to argue against buying a house now.

Prices will stay on the bottom this winter. However prices are expected to increase 10 to 15 % over the next 4 years.

Inventory is declining (winter months) finding the home of your dreams may become more difficult going forward.

In long term home ownership creates family wealth.
