Kiddie Academy of Nesconset is NEGLIGENT, UNPROFESSIONAL, and offers SUB PAR CARE. My 20 month old son was repeatedly bitten by another child while under the supervision of 2 daycare workers while on the playground at this center. He was ATTACKED MULTIPLE TIMES by this child within a half hour time span, yet NO ONE NOTICED. The biter left FIVE bite marks on his body, two of these bites were so deep that the skin was punctured and required medical attention. NOBODY responsible for my son's safety at the daycare even knew this happened! Because he was unusually upset and behaved oddly after pickup that day, I decided to review that day's webcam footage which was available to me online. To my horror, I discovered that my son was not only bitten once during the initial contact at the top of the play structure on the playground, this child actually chased down my son TWO more times and bit him again each time. Neither caregiver was paying attention. Incredibly, the same child was able to bite and attack my son again 15 minutes later, when he was literally placed right next to the biter by one of the caregivers! To add insult to injury (literally,) the Center's response to the negligence/ incident has been downright unprofessional, disappointing and dismissive. Needless to say, I pulled my toddler out of that place and he never set foot inside that building again.
