UPDATE: A Kings Park man was struck by an SUV and killed Wednesday night crossing West Jericho Turnpike in Smithtown.
According to police, Jonathan Czeh, 34, was crossing West Jericho Turnpike at Plymouth Boulevard at roughly 7:09 p.m. when he was struck by a 2004 Ford Expedition driven by Lisa Boyle, 40, of Commack. Czeh was pronounced dead at the scene.

A pedestrian was struck by a vehicle and killed on Route 25 in Smithtown at Plymouth Boulevard Wedensday night, police confirmed at the scene of the accident.
Police said the call for the accident was received at 7:09 p.m. The accident took place at the intersection near the Mobil gas station, leaving traffic closed westbound.
