Crime Report: Multiple DWI Arrests

The following arrest information was supplied by the Suffolk County Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

The Suffolk County Police Department reported these arrests and incidents in Smithtown during Dec. 21 - 26.

Frank Maggio, 18, and Antonio Dalamakis, 19, both of Smithtown, and Robert McGorry, 19, of Commack were arrested Dec. 26 in Smithtown and charged with third degree criminal trespassing. Dalamakis was also charged with possession of marijuana. They are accused of entering a Wendy's on Jericho Turnpike through an open rear door and remaining there. 

Michael Galuzzi, 21, of Centereach was arrested Dec. 24 in Smithtown and charged with first degree operating a motor vehicle with ability impaired by drugs. He is accused of driving erratically in a 2007 Mitsubishi southbound on North Country Road.

Edward Primavera III, 21, and Glen Fitzgerald, 23, both of Lake Grove, were arrested Dec. 24 in Nesconset and charged with seventh degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. They are accused of possessing prescription pills and marijuana in the 2003 Mercedes-Benz they were in on Smithtown Boulevard. Primavera, the driver of the car, was also charged with fourth degree criminal possession of a weapon for allegedly having a bat and metal knuckles in the car.

Farzan Qureshi, 20, of Lake Ronkonkoma was arrested Dec. 23 in Nesconset and charged with first offense DWI. Qureshi allegedly had an illegal blood alcohol content while driving a 2003 Dodge Caravan on Lake Ronkonkoma Boulevard.

Anthony Celentano, 28, of Smithtown was arrested Dec. 23 in Smithtown and charge with aggravated DWI, harrassment and resisting arrest. He is accused of driving a 2009 Jeep Cherokee under the influence of alcohol, and swinging his arm into an officer's chest during the arrest.

Jason Famoso, 25, of Holbrook was arrested Dec. 23 in Smithtown and charged with first offense DWI. Reports indicate he was stopped on Glenridge Drive while driving a 2004 Mazda.

Frank Rose, 20, of Nesconset was arrested Dec. 23 in Smithtown and charged with seventh degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. He is accused of possessing an illegal substance while in the passenger seat of a 2009 Honda sedan.

Deniz Gun, 30, of Ronkonkoma was arrested Dec. 22 in St. James and charged with first offense DWI. Reports state Gun crashed into a tree while driving southbound on Acorn Street.

Donna Indrigo, 55, of Smithtown was arrested Dec. 22 in Smithtown and charged with first offense DWI. Reports indicate she made an illegal right on red to turn onto Main Street from Landing Avenue.

Lawson Apriligliano, 27, of Centereach was arrested Dec. 22 in Smithtown and charged with leaving the scene of property damage. Apriligliano allegedly struck a curb while driving south on Hawkins Road in a 2006 Cadillac and left the vehicle.

Briana Dietrich, 22, of St. James was arrested Dec. 21 in St. James and charged with leaving the scene of property damage. She is accused of hitting a parked car while driving a 2008 Nissan Altima in the Capital One Bank parking lot on Lake Avenue.

David Cipolla, 22, of Smithtown was arrested Dec. 21 in St. James and charged with fifth degree criminal possession of marijuana. Reports indicate Cipolla was stopped at the corner of 5th Avenue and Jefferson Avenue for speeding and was allegedly found to be in possession of marijuana.
