Crimes Nearby: Prostitution, DWI Arrests

The following arrest information was supplied by the Suffolk County Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

Suffolk County police reported the following arrests.

Commack

Rhiannon Lobasso, 24, of Huntington Station, was arrested September 24 in Commack and charged with DWI and resisting arrest. Lobasso was pulled over at approximtaely 3:40 a.m. while driving a 2010 Toyota.

Kandra Ortiz, 47, of Brentwood, was arrested at 8 a.m. on September 27 in Commack and charged with prostitution and unlawful possession of marijuana.

Joseph J Mollica II, 47, of Nissequogue, was arrested September 29 in Commack and charged with DWI. Police observed Mollica driving a 2005 Mercedes-Benz at 4 a.m.

Loyd Ellis, 32, of West Babylon, was arrested September 30 in Commack and charged with DWI. Police observed Ellis at 9:52 p.m. driving a 2005 Nissan.

Richard Russillo, 67, of Commack, was arrested September 30 in Commack and charged with a sex offender registry violation. Russillo, a sex offender, failed to notify the special victims unit of his address change.

Hauppauge

Stephen Larberg, of South Farmingville, was arrested in Hauppauge Sept. 23 on charges of criminal trespassing. Police said Larberg walked into an office located on 300 Motor Parkway asking to see someone. Police said Larberg was told he was unable to stay without an appointment. Larberg was asked many times to leave and refused, according to reports.. Police arrested Larberg at 2:10 p.m.

Albert Smith Jr., 38, of Hauppauge, was arrested in Islandia Sept. 21 on charges of criminal trespassing. Police said they were called to Blydenburgh Road after complaints of noises being heard outside. Police arrived on the scene and were unable to locate anyone. Cops brought canines in and located Smith hiding on the property, according to reports. Police said Smith claimed he was looking for metal scraps. Smith was arrested at 12:37 p.m.

Anthony Youngsang, 41, of Brooklyn, was arrested in Hauppauge Sept. 21 on charges of petty larceny. Police said Youngsang was seen entering a store, located at 390 Oser Ave., taking toner cartridges, ink cartridges, and calculator ribbons without paying or permission. Police later found Youngsang and arrested him.

Three Village

New York State police on Monday arrested Frances V. Carr of Stony Brook on charges of third degree grand larceny after she allegedly defrauded People's United Bank.

Police said Carr, 57, opened an account in her name in June with $100 at the bank's branch in St. James and deposited a Capitol One check for $6,000 that had no funds available on it. According to the report, Carr then went to the People's United Bank branch in Setauket and withdrew $5,800 from the account.

Police said Carr refused to return the money when the check was returned due to insufficient funds, and she was arrested. She was arraigned Monday at First District Court.

According to the police report, Carr said she used the money for home repairs and for a wedding gift for her daughter.

Police arrested two drivers on Nicolls Road on Sept. 23 for separate instances of DWI. Zachary Chejanovski, 23, of Stony Brook was arrested Sept. 23 in Stony Brook and charged with first offense DWI. Reports indicate Chejanovski was arrested for allegedly driving a 2010 Toyota while intoxicated when heading south on Nicolls Rd. at approximately 2:43 a.m.    

Juliuslevi Fisher, 26, of Centereach was arrested Sept. 23 in Stony Brook and charged with first offense DWI. Reports indicate Fisher was arrested for allegedly driving a 2008 Toyota while intoxicated when heading south on Nicolls Rd. at approximately 3:47 a.m.

Port Jefferson

William Frierson, 57, of Port Jefferson was arrested Sept. 24 and charged with first offense DWI. Frierson was arrested for the alleged suspended registration due to an insurance lapse, and DWI. Reports indicate the incident occurred at approximately 1:11 a.m. in his 1998 Nissan.     

Marvin Santiagcopena, 24, of Port Jefferson Station was arrested Sept. 21 in Port Jefferson Station and charged with third degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, and third degree narcotics. Santiagcopena was arrested for the alleged possession of a drug at approximately 2:34 p.m. on Route 112 in Port Jefferson Station. 

Northport

Alyssa Deguido from Northport was arrested for acting in a manner to injure a child under 17 in Northport on Sept. 28.
