Crimes Nearby: Stolen Items From Setauket Walmart, Kohl's

The following arrest information was supplied by the Suffolk County Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

Suffolk County police reported the following arrests.

Kings Park

Michael Sabina, 55, of East Moriches, was charged with driving while intoxicated on May 25. Police said Sabina was pulled over on Old Dock and Flynn Road for failure to maintain his lane of traffic. Police said Sabina’s blood alcohol content was .18 or higher.

Anthony Tirado, 31, of Kings Park was arrested in Selden on Mooney Pond Road on May 23. Police said Tirado was driving without an interlock device in his car and was driving with a revoked license.

Three Village

Keri Ann Krasinsky, 34, of East Setauket, was arrested May 21 at 3:25 p.m. at Walmart in East Setauket and charged with petty larceny. According to police, Krasinsky allegedly took multiple items from the sales floor.

Catherine Ferro, 24, of Mastic, was arrested May 26 at 12:40 p.m. at Walmart in East Setauket and charged with petty larceny. According to police, Ferro took merchandise from the sales floor.

Jeimy Baez, 18, of Mastic Beach, was arrested May 26 at 12:40 p.m. at Walmart in East Setauket and charged with petty larceny. According to police, Baez took merchandise from the sales floor.

Erin Damm, 53, of Coram, was arrested May 22 at 5:35 p.m. at Kohl's in East Setauket and charged with grand larceny. According to police, Damm took clothing and jewelry from the sales floor.

Commack

Elvis Alcantara, 44, of Brentwood, was arrested May 27 in Commack and charged with driving while intoxicated - first offense. Alcantara was driving a 2006 Chevy eastbound on Jericho Turnpike/Route 25, according to police, when he failed to stay in his lane.  

Edith Brannigan, 48, of East Northport, was arrested May 27 in Commack and charged with grand larceny, theft of items valued at more than $1,000. Police said Brannigan went into in Commack at approximately 7:15 p.m. and left with bags of merchandise without paying.

Anthony Lorenson, 27, of Brentwood, was arrested May 25 in Commack and charged with grand larceny of property valued at more than $1,000. Lorenson was at Blackman plumbing in Huntington on April 7 when he stole more than $1,000 from the shop, according to police reports.

Hauppauge

Brian Trimarchi, 25, of Hauppauge was charged on May 20 with operating a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs. Police said Trimarchi was on Veterans Highway in Hauppauge in a parked, running vehicle. Police also charged Trimarchi with possession of marijuana.

Jake Buffamante, 22, of Hauppauge was charged on May 15 with petit larceny. Police said Buffamante took a shirt from Saks Fifth Avenue at the Tanger Outlet Centers in Deer Park.

Port Jefferson

Michael Lionetti, 18, of Port Jefferson Station, was arrested in Port Jefferson Station on May 19 at 10:58 p.m. and charged with criminal possession of controlled substance and assault. Lionetti was allegedly in possession of crack cocaine. Police say he resisted arrest and assaulted a police officer.

Thomas Baxter, 37, of Coram, was arrested in Port Jefferson Station on May 20 at 7:30 p.m. and charged with petit larceny and disorderly conduct. Baxter allegedly took deodorant from the. Police report that he also was using obscene language and acting in a disorderly manner on the sidewalk near the strip mall.

A fight broke out during a Sweet 16 party at the Heritage Center in Mount Sinai on May 25 at around 9:40 p.m. Police received a report of about twenty youths fighting in front of the clubhouse at 633 Mount Sinai Coram Road. According to a police report, the security guard was surrounded and someone cursed and punched another person.
