Crime Report: Man Charged With Trespassing at Accompsett Elementary School
The following arrest information was supplied by the Suffolk County Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.
Anthony Morgan, 28, of Ronkonkoma was arrested on April 18 in Smithtown and was charged with driving while impaired by drugs, a misdemeanor.
Police said Morgan was driving east on Route 454 in Smithtown and failed to stay in his lane.
Michael Lombardo, 22, of Commack, was arrested on April 17 in Smithtown and charged with criminal mischief. Police said Lombardo threw an empty nitrous oxide canister in an incident of road rage. According to police no one was hurt in the incident. Police did not specify the degree of the charge.
Lombardo was also arrested on April 16, according to police and charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor. Police said Lombardo was swerving from lane to lane while driving a 2003 Nissan west on Sunrise Highway.
Robert Cassino, 18, of Kings Park, was arrested in Smithtown on April 20 and charged with third-degree criminal trespassing, a misdemeanor.
Police said Cassino entered Accompsett Elementary School in Smithtown on April 20 at 4:55 p.m. through and open window and remained inside but did not take anything. Cassino was spotted by a school security guard who alerted police.
