A Shirley man who escaped from police custody at the Fourth Precinct in Smithtown on Sunday has been caught, police said.
Michael Greco, 25, was arrested in Bay Shore on Wednesday and now faces an additional charge of first degree escape, a felony, police said.
Greco had escaped from the precinct, located at 727 Veterans Memorial Highway, while he was being processed on non-violent drug charges and resisting arrest, police said.
