Police Seeking Baby Formula Thieves

Two men stole formula from a Walmart in Centereach earlier this month, police say.

Police are asking for the public’s help to identify and locate two men who stole baby formula from a Centereach store. 

Police say the two men entered Walmart, located at 161 Centereach Mall, on the evening on Nov. 7 and filled a shopping cart with $900 worth of Enfamil baby formula before leaving the store without paying, police said. 

Store security officers confronted the men in the parking lot and recovered the merchandise, but the men fled the parking lot in a silver Dodge Charger, police said. 

Suffolk County Crime Stoppers offers a cash reward of up to $5,000 for information that leads to an arrest. Anyone with information about this crime is asked to call anonymously to Crime Stoppers at 1-800-220-TIPS.
