Two Arrested in Brady Town Park for Marijuana, Drugs
The following arrest information was supplied by the Suffolk County Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.
A Commack man, 21, was arrested on Sept. 20 and faces misdemeanor charges of seventh-degree criminal possession of controlled substance, fifth-degree criminal possession of marijuana and resisting arrest. Police said the man was found sitting in a parked 2013 Ford in Brady Town Park in Smithtown with burnt remains of marijuana in a pipe and other drugs.
A Smithtown woman, 19, was arrested Sept 20 and faces misdemeanor charges seventh-degree criminal possession of controlled substance, fifth-degree criminal possession of marijuana, and loitering. Police said the woman was found inside a 2013 Ford in Brady Town Park in Smithtown with burnt remains of marijuana in a pipe and other drugs.
A Commack man was arrested on Sept. 19 in Smithtown and faces one misdemeanor charge of petit larceny. The man allegedly stole a pursue and items valued at more than $300 from a van in Smithtown.
