5 Things You Need to Know on Election Day

Election Day is upon us, and here's five things you need to know to get you all the information on the local races you need and more.

1. Polls open at 6 a.m. and close at 9 p.m. Click here to find your polling place.

2. Two seats are open on the town council with four candidates running. Incumbents Robert Creighton and Edward Wehrheim are being challenged by Teresa Haft and Howard Knispel. Click to read profiles for all four candidates.

3. At 9 a.m. we will post a poll asking you how you will vote this year, in favor of the incumbents or in favor of the challengers in the town council race.

4.Patch will also have county-wide coverage throughout the day, so stick with us for updates, features, election results and more.
