The opportunity for golfers of all levels to develop their skills is at Smithtown Landing Golf Course.
Smithtown Landing Golf Course is a 27-hole course, which includes an 18-hole regulation course and a nine-hole additional par-three course that can easily challenge most players.
Opened in 1966, Smithtown Landing Golf Course is a municipal course during the week, but on the holidays and weekends non-residents must be accompanied by a Smithtown resident.
The facility features golf carts, a driving range, private lessons and more. The course is opened Tuesday through Sunday from 6:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. from May 1 through Sept. 30, then the hours vary. The driving range is opened from 6:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. from March though Sept. 5, then the hours vary.
