Community Update

I wish I could choose -10 STARS for this business!!!! This Dealership has by far the worst Service department in the WORLD. The Service manager Ron is never available, and tries to distance himself from any issues. Not even Chrysler Corporate could get him to return their calls. Everything they fix there has to be fixed 2 to 3 times before it gets fixed, and then the problem comes back months later. Their technical & mechanical skill are by far the worst I've ever experienced. I even spoke to their General Manager Bill B, he admitted to me that they are aware that their service department is POOR, and have been trying to resolve it. He was nasty and rude to us, let's just say his customer service skill are extremely POOR!! Do yourself a great favor and STAY AWAY FROM Smith Haven Chrysler Jeep Dodge for SERVICE & SALES!
