East Bulls Celebrate Homecoming Win Over West Babylon
East Bulls bring home 49-13 victory on Saturday to fan's delight, who take it to social media to celebrate.
Smithtown High School East Bulls and fans celebrated a huge homecoming win over West Babylon on Saturday.
High Schol East varsity football team beat West Babylon by a landslide, 49-13, at their 2013 homecoming on Saturday afternoon, Newsday reports.
East quarterback John Daniggelis ran for 123 yards, scoring three touchdowns for the Bulls on 10 carries. Daniggelis also passed for 118 yards and to aid in scoring two additional touchdowns to lead Smithtown East to victory.
East Bulls fans showed their pride by donning red-and-white jerseys, painting their faces and a large homecoming parde. Residents took to Twitter, Facebook and other social media sites to share the celebration. Scroll through our feed above to see proud photos and celebratory messages.
With the win, Smithtown East rises to 3-2 in Suffolk's Division II play.
