Wherein JWG fights a war with Hands of Love.

99. Holding Hands

Holding Hands
Is a natural response to Loving
Someone who is close.

In public, many
Unabashedly display affection —
And, are encouraged.

Some of us are discouraged.
Yes, we see Lovers and think, “How lovely.
Why won’t they allow us to show Love?”

Why are millions of dollars wasted
On preventing Kindness and Love to thrive
In this World where fear and hate are prospering?

Who is gaining from this War?
Yes, war. War it is when People instill
False views into Hearts of good People.

I am a Soldier.
My weapons are my Hands which many fear
Seeing grasping Hands of Love.

Shall we Kiss?
Not yet. We must be Happy to hold Hands —
The weapons of Love.
